What is the Client Page in DatAds?

The Client Overview Page gives you a central overview of all the clients you manage within your Workspace.

It helps you organize your clients efficiently and customize individual settings for each one.

What can you set up on the Client Page?

On each individual Client Page, you can:

How can I add Clients?

  1. To navigate to the Client Page, go to ⚙️ Settings and then click on Clients.

2. Add Clients:

Click on Add Client to create a new client.

A window will then appear where you can enter the key information for your client.

3. Done! ✅

Once you’ve added all your clients, your overview should look like this if you’re managing multiple Clients.

Example (with censored data):

How to edit your Clients’ information:

Click on Manage to open the detailed view of your Client.

You can also click on All Clients to access the detailed view of all your Clients.

In the Details section, you can edit and assign your client’s logo, name, website, associated ad accounts, and users.

All Client View

You can also enable an All Client View in DatAds.

You can also set an ‘'All Client View’' in DatAds, which is particularly helpful for agencies. This gives you a cross-client view and allows you to see which concepts also work for different clients. Read this article if you would like to find out more about the All Client View.

💡 Tip: This is especially useful for agencies.

This gives you a cross-client view, allowing you to see which concepts perform well across different clients.

Top Creative Digest

The Top Creative Digest is an automated report that highlights the best creatives from a specific time period.

You can make the following settings:

  • Delivery: Email or Slack

  • Sender of the email

  • Frequency: Weekly or monthly

  • Delivery day

  • Number of creatives

  • Additional recipients

Standard Metrics & Top Creative Digest Metrics

You can define client-based standard metrics that are automatically included in every new report.

💡 Good to know: As the Top Creative Digest is regenerated weekly or monthly, the standard metrics you have defined are also automatically included in this report.

You also have the option of defining the standard attribution window in this way:

Target Metrics

DatAds offers you the option to choose between two different metric display modes:

1. Relative: The minimum and maximum values are calculated based on your account data and the selected time period. The metrics are displayed in DatAds relative to these values. You can recognize this by the fill and color of the bar

2. Absolute: You can define target values for certain metrics yourself. Based on your entries, the values are visualized in red, green or grey.

If you set Target Metrics, it is recommended that you switch your reports to the absolute layout.

Once you’ve defined all your target metrics, it might look like this:

Global filters

The last important setting at client level is to activate global filters.

You can also activate global filters on the Client level.

IMPORTANT: These filters are automatically applied to all newly created reports and can be individually adapted to each platform. ❗

For example, if you always want to use a filter in the Top Creative Digest, you can specify this via the global filter setting.

Example:

Filter: Ad Name contains DE

❗ Important: Then click on Save global filter to save it. ❗

AI Enriched Info

DatAds uses AI to intelligently enrich client information, improving the accuracy of workflows and recommendations.

👉 On the Client Page, you can adjust this information manually whenever needed.

AI Workflow Language

⚙️ You can also adjust the language of your AI Workflows directly on the Client Page.
