Do you regularly analyze your best creatives, but sometimes forget to look at the report or simply want to stay up to date?

That's exactly what Scheduled Reporting is for βœ…:

-> With this feature, you can have your Top Creative Report sent to you automatically and regularly.

❗ Important: This feature is currently only available for Top Creative Reports, not for Comparative Reports. ❗

How can I easily set up the content and sending frequency of my report?

πŸ’‘ Good to know: You can also set up Scheduled Reporting directly from an existing report - for example, from the Best Performer Report.

It's that easy:

  1. Open the desired report in DatAds (e.g., Best Performer Report).

  2. Click on Share in the upper right corner.

  3. Select Scheduled Report.

  4. Choose Slack or email as the delivery option.

  5. Specify how often the digest should be sent, etc.

πŸ‘‰ Want to share your Scheduled Report or Top Creative Digest in a private Slack channel? You’ll find the right guide here.

Track Your Top Creative Digest Anytime

Even though your Top Creative Digest is automatically sent to you each week via email or Slack, you can also find it as a dedicated folder inside your Reports.

Each weekly edition is saved automatically, allowing you to:

  • scroll through all past weekly overviews in chronological order

  • see which creatives were top performers in any given week

  • analyze performance changes week-over-week β€” e.g., how a creative developed compared to two weeks ago

  • identify long-term patterns, such as formats, hooks, messages, or products that consistently perform well
