What is the Client Page in DatAds?

The Client Overview page gives you a central view of all the clients you manage within your workspace.

It helps you keep your clients organized and manage individual settings for each one.

What can you set up on the Client Page?

On each individual Client Page, you can:

How can I add Clients?

  1. Navigate ⚙️ Settings and then click on Clients.

2. Click on the blue Add Client button to create a new client.

A window will then appear where you can enter the key information for your client.

3. Done! ✅

Once you’ve added all your clients, your overview should look like this if you’re managing multiple Clients.

Example (with censored data):

How to edit your Clients’ information:

  1. Click on Manage to open the detailed view of your Client.

👉 “All Clients” is a special client that combines ad accounts across multiple clients. Learn more about how it works and when to use it in this article.

2. In the Details section, you can edit and assign your client’s logo, name, website, associated ad accounts, and users.

All Clients View

You can also enable an All Client View in DatAds.

You can set an ‘'All Client View’', which is particularly helpful for agencies. This gives you a cross-client view and allows you to see which concepts also work for different clients.

AI Enriched Info

DatAds uses AI to intelligently enrich client information, improving the accuracy of workflows and recommendations.

👉 In the client settings, you can adjust this information manually whenever needed.

AI Workflow Language

⚙️ You can also adjust the language of your AI Workflows directly on the Client Page.

Public Reports

⚙️ You can define whether newly created reports are public or private by default. If enabled, all new reports will be accessible to anyone with the report link.

Top Creative Digest

The Top Creative Digest is an automated report that highlights the best creatives from a specific time period.

You can configure the following settings:

  • Delivery: Email or Slack

  • Sender of the email

  • Frequency: Weekly or monthly

  • Delivery day

  • Number of creatives

  • Additional recipients

Standard Metrics & Top Creative Digest Metrics

You can define client-based standard metrics that are automatically included in every new report.

💡 Good to know: Your defined standard metrics are automatically included in the Top Creative Digest.

You can also set your default attribution window here, which will be applied across your reports.

Target Metrics

In DatAds, the bar fill and the bar color follow different logics.

The fill level of the bar always shows how a metric performs relative to the other ads within the selected report and time period.

The color of the bar depends on the evaluation mode set for each metric.

1. Relative (Default):

  • The bar fill is calculated relative to the other ads in the selected report.

  • The bar color is determined based on the historical account data for that metric.

    • To determine the color, DatAds uses statistical analysis of past performance to identify what top-performing and low-performing results typically look like

2. Absolute (Target-Based):

Here you define specific target thresholds for each metric.

You manually determine:

  • Which values should be marked green

  • Which values should be marked red

DatAds then assigns the color based on your defined thresholds.

If no targets are defined for a metric, it appears grey.

Once you’ve defined all your target metrics, it might look like this:

Global filters

The last important setting at client level is to activate global filters.

IMPORTANT: Global filters are automatically applied to all newly created reports. You can still adjust them individually for each platform if needed.

For example, if you always want the Top Creative Digest to include only specific ads, you can define this once using a global filter.

Example

Set the filter to:

Ad Name contains DE

This ensures that only ads with “DE” in the name are included in future reports.

IMPORTANT: Click on Save global filter to apply and save your changes.
