In this article, you will learn how Workspaces, Clients, and Members are structured in DatAds so you can quickly understand how your account is organized.
DatAds is structured into three main levels:
Each Client also contains one or more Ad Accounts.
1. Workspaces
Each Workspace represents a business – the brand or the agency you work for.
A workspace holds:
Your clients
Your members
Your connections
Your payment method
The general profile settings

1.1. Switching between Workspaces
If you have several workspaces, you can easily switch between them.
To do this, simply click on 'Change Workspace' and choose the workspace you want to jump to from the dropdown menu.
💡 Good to know: You can also switch between your Workspaces from you Homepage.
2. Clients
Your DatAds workspace consists of at least one client.
💡Tip: If you’re an agency or manage multiple ad accounts on the same platform, create a separate client for each one to keep your data organized.
How you structure clients depends on your setup:
For agencies or solo marketers:
Each client represents one of your customers.
For brands:
Each client can represent an ad account, for example. If you have several advertising accounts (e.g. for different countries or brands), you can organize them separately at client level.
❗ IMPORTANT: If you only have one advertising account per platform, you only need one client.

3. Members / Team
Members are the people in your team who have access to your Workspace.
There are three roles with different permission levels:
Admin:
-> Has full access to all features.
Member:
-> Can use the platform, including creating, editing, and deleting reports, but has limited access to certain settings.
Visitor:
-> Has view-only access and cannot make any changes.
