The Client Overview Page provides you with a central overview of all clients that you manage in your workspace.

It helps you to organize your clients efficiently and make individual settings for each client.

To access the Client Page for a specific client, follow these steps:

Client Page options:

On the individual Client Page you can:

  • Customize logo and name

  • Add a website

  • Connect ad accounts

  • Assign access to users

  • Set up automatic reports (Top Creative Digest)

  • Define target metrics

  • Store global filters

This is how you customize your clients' information:

In the Details section, you can edit and assign your client's logo, name, website, associated ad accounts and users.

Top Creative Digest

The Top Creative Digest is an automated report that highlights the best creatives from a specific time period.

You can make the following settings:

  • Delivery: Email or Slack

  • Sender of the email

  • Frequency: Weekly or monthly

  • Delivery day

  • Number of creatives

  • Additional recipients

Standard Metrics & Top Creative Digest Metrics

You can define client-based standard metrics that are automatically included in every new report. As the Top Creative Digest is regenerated weekly, the standard metrics you have defined are also automatically included in this report.

You also have the option of defining the standard attribution window in this way.

And this is how it works:

Target Metrics

DatAds offers you the option to choose between two different metric display modes:

1. Relative: The minimum and maximum values are calculated based on your account data and the selected time period. The metrics are displayed in DatAds relative to these values. You can recognize this by the fill and color of the bar

2. Absolute: You can define target values for certain metrics yourself. Based on your entries, the values are visualized in red, green or grey.

If you set Target Metrics, it is recommended that you switch your reports to the absolute layout; each report can be customized so that you can switch between absolute and relative display. This setting can be adjusted at report level at any time.

If you set target values at client level, these are automatically activated if you decide to use the absolute display mode.

You can find out more about the layout settings of DatAds here.

Global filters

The last important setting at client level is to activate global filters. These filters are automatically applied to all newly created reports and can be individually adapted to each platform; for example, if you always want to use a filter in the Top Creative Digest, you can specify this via the global filter setting.
