What is a Top Performer Report?
Top Performer Reports give you a detailed overview of the best performing creatives based on your most critical KPIs. With versatile customization and filtering options, you can quickly find out which creatives are performing best.

Filter options
Use advanced filters to narrow down your data and focus only on the performance that matters most to you.
💡 Good to know: You can filter by advertised products or services to analyze which creatives promote a specific offer.
Example
Filter: Ad name contains “webinar”
Result: Only ads with “webinar” in the ad name are displayed.
💡 Tip: Filters help you quickly spot patterns, compare similar creatives, and evaluate performance in a more focused and structured way.
How to create and set up your reports
Sharing reports and collaborating
Keep your team aligned and your clients informed by sharing live performance data.
Copy Public Link
Live Report Link: Generate a dynamic link for real-time access to your report. The data automatically refreshes every 12 hours, ensuring stakeholders always see the latest performance.
You can share the link directly, embed it in your project management tool, or send it to clients for ongoing visibility.
❗ IMPORTANT: This is a public link. Anyone with access can view the report. Changes made via the link (e.g. filters or views) do not affect your original report settings in DatAds.
Create Snapshot:
Static Snapshot: Capture a fixed point in time. This creates a permanent, "frozen" view of your report — ideal for archiving specific results or monthly performance milestones.
Unlike the Live Link, a Snapshot is a fixed view. Users cannot adjust metrics or apply new filters within a snapshot.

Customize metrics and save presets
To do this, navigate to “Preset” and then “Customize Metrics”
Tailoring your Metrics and Presets
Build reporting views that align with your specific performance goals.
1. Configure your View
Navigate to Presets > Customize Metrics to curate your dashboard. You can select from all available platform KPIs, Third Party Attribution Metrics or add custom metrics to create a view tailored to your needs.
2. Prioritize your Data
Use the Sort function to determine the primary metric for your report. Choosing a sorting dimension (ascending or descending) allows you to instantly surface your highest performers or identify areas that need attention.
3. Save for Future Use
Once your view is perfected, save it as a Preset. This allows you to instantly apply the same metric configuration to future reports, ensuring consistency across your analysis.
4. Standardize Across Clients
For maximum efficiency, use our global preset options:
Save preset for all clients: Makes this configuration available across your entire workspace.
Use as a client default: Automatically applies the preset to every new report created for that specific client.
What is an Attribution Window?
The attribution window determines how DatAds assigns conversions to specific ads based on user interactions within a defined time frame.

Views - Visualize your performance
Every report offers three different layouts, allowing you to explore your data from multiple angles and uncover the insights that matter most.
Choose your visualization
Table View: See all your data points in a detailed list. You can scroll horizontally to view every metric for each ad.
Graph View: View your performance trends over time. Select multiple ads to compare their results in a single line chart.
Bar Chart View: Compare your ads side-by-side. This view makes it easy to see which ads are performing best for a specific metric.
👉 You can find out more about the visual view of the ads in the article “Layout settings”.
“More” button
Use the "More" menu to access administrative controls for your report.
Actions section
Duplicate your report to iterate on existing configurations.
Export your findings as a CSV or Excel file for offline reporting.
Delete reports that are no longer required to keep your workspace organized.
Display Section
Use these toggles to customize the information shown in your report view:
Show trends: Display performance changes compared to the previous period to spot growth or declines.
Show creation date: See when your ads were created. DatAds will show either the earliest or latest date depending on your current sort settings.
Show tag: Display your custom creative tags directly on the report for easier categorization.
Show bar on card: Toggle the visual bar charts on individual creative cards. When turned off, only the numerical values are shown.
Configure target metrics: Adjust the color coding of the visual bar charts. Set and display specific performance goals and target KPIs for the selected client..
“See all Ads” button
To go beyond high-level numbers, click "See [X] ads", e.g. "See 4 ads" to view all associated ads from that group and access a granular breakdown.
This view allows you to:
Analyze individual assets: View every creative within a group side-by-side to see which specific versions are driving performance.
Inspect Dynamic Assets: Switch between "Ads" and "Dynamic Assets" to understand how different elements are performing within your campaigns.
Review granular metrics: Access specific performance data for each ad to identify winning creative patterns.
