You want to share reports quickly and easily with colleagues, clients, or external partners – without requiring them to log into DatAds?
That’s exactly what the Sharing and Snapshot features are made for.

There are two ways to share your reports:

1. Copy Public Link:

Create a shareable link that always shows the most up-to-date data.
The public sharing link automatically refreshes every 2 hours, so anyone with access to the link always sees the latest data – without you needing to manually update anything.

This makes it perfect for sharing reports with team members or external partners in a fast and simple way.

Important: You need to activate this feature first before using it.

After that, you can simply copy the link from your browser and share it with external partners – quickly and easily!

👉 Important to know:

This is a publicly accessible link.

That’s why you need to explicitly activate the “Copy Public Link” feature – by doing so, you confirm that anyone with access to the link can also view the data it contains.

Any changes made via the shared link do not affect the original view inside the DatAds interface.

2. Create Snapshot

The Snapshot feature lets you create a static snapshot of your report – similar to a screenshot, but with the added benefit of being shareable via link.

Unlike the Copy Public Link feature, the data in a snapshot does not update. This means:

  • The data remains exactly as it was at the time the snapshot was created

  • There is no automatic refresh every 2 hours

  • People with access to the link cannot apply filters or change metrics

A snapshot is ideal when you want to document and share a specific version of your report – fixed and unchangeable.
