Why can’t I see my third-party attribution data?

If your dashboard is showing an "Error" status or has been stuck on "Fetching Data" for an extended period, it usually indicates a connection issue between our platform and your third-party provider.

We have recently updated our Connections interface to provide you with more transparency and faster troubleshooting steps.

Step 1: Check the Connection Status

To find out exactly what is going on, navigate to the Connections tab in your dashboard. Look for the specific integration that is missing data.

Step 2: Click on the Error message (e.g., "Error" or "Fetching Data") next to the connection.

Click directly on the "Error" or "Fetching Data" text. A new pop-up will appear with specific technical feedback explaining why the data stream is interrupted.

Common Reasons for Data Delays

  • Invalid or Expired API Key: Your access token may have expired or was entered with a typo.

  • Missing Permissions: Ensure the account connected has "Read" access (or higher) within the third-party tool settings.
