To get your account fully set up, follow these three simple steps
❗ Important: If you already have a DatAds account, you can log into your existing account here.
Step 1: Log in to DatAds
Go to datads.io and select “Try for free” in the top right corner to start a trial or create an account. If your company already has an account, ask your administrator to send you an email invitation to join the existing workspace.
👉 Here is how an admin can invite you to DatAds.
Alternatively, the administrator of an existing workspace can enable automatic domain detection. This will automatically add all users with approved email domains to the workspace.

Step 2: Create your first connection
2.1. Click on “Connection”
Next, you should create your first “connection”. Select one of the available platforms.
To do this, navigate to “Connections” in the settings or the "Connect" button in the left corner and select the platform you want to connect first.
2.2. Select the first platform to be connected
❗ IMPORTANT: Follow the process on Meta/TikTok/Google so that we can pull the initial data.
2.3. Select the ad accounts you want to connect
✅ Check the boxes on the right for the accounts you want to add to DatAds.
You can use the client dropdown to select:
whether you want to create a new client
or add the account to an existing client.
Under Client name, you can customize the name of your client.
💡 Pro Tip: Enter your website to automatically use the site's favicon as the client logo.
Once you have selected all the desired clients, click on “Save & Next” to continue.

2.4. Load account data
After you clicked on “Save & Next”, the last "step" is to wait for the data from the last 30 days to load
❗This process takes about 5-10 minutes. Please do not close the window and stay on the page.
As soon as this data is loaded, you can use DatAds. ✅
❗ IMPORTANT: The remaining data from the past 12 months will continue loading in the background and will be available in your account within 24 hours.
🔒 All your data is encrypted before being stored in a secure database. You can delete connections and their associated data at any time in the admin area.
Step 3: Invite your team and unlock the full potential of DatAds
Once your first connection is set up, the next step is to invite your team.
DatAds delivers the most impact when everyone involved in the creative process is aligned in one place. By inviting your team, you ensure that insights, learnings, and creative decisions are shared, structured, and easy to act on.
The more aligned your team is inside DatAds, the more value you will get from it.
These are the most important steps to get started with DatAds.
You have now successfully created your first connection and invited your team.
