To customize the displayed metrics, navigate to the “Presets” section within the reports in DatAds. There you can select existing metrics and define your own custom metrics.

You can find the settings for 'Customize Metrics' here:

Attribution Window

You can customize the attribution window displayed in DatAds. By default, the attribution window that you have defined at ad set level is used.

Available attribution windows

All common meta attribution windows are available to you. If you have not made any further settings at ad set level, this is 7 Day Click and 1 Day View. You have the following additional options:

  • Click attribution: Assigns conversions to ads that users have clicked within the specified time window (7D-Click, 1D-Click, 28D-Click).

  • View attribution: Assigns conversions to ads that users have seen but possibly not clicked on (e.g. 1D view, 7D view, 28D view).

If you use a 3rd party attribution solution, you can also connect it to DatAds. The following solutions are supported: Adtriba, Triple Whale, Hyros and Tracify

Custom Conversions

Custom conversions are individual events that work in a similar way to standard events, but can be adapted specifically to the needs of your company. In DatAds, you also have the option of integrating these custom conversions into your analyses and tracking their performance.

If you use custom conversions, you can find them here:

To display the costs per standard conversion in DatAds, you need to create a custom metric. More on this in the next section

Custom Metrics

Click on “add custom metric” to define your own metric in DatAds:

As soon as you have created the metric, you will find it in the right-hand section in the lower third under “Custom metric”.
