To see Tracify data in DatAds, you have two options:

  • Option 1: Integration via API (recommended)

  • Option 2: Integration via Webhook

Integration via API

(As of October 16, 2025) We recommend integration via the API, since—compared to the Webhook—the data can be updated multiple times per day. If you’ve been using the Webhook integration so far, follow our Migration Guide to switch to the API integration. To create a new Tracify connection, follow the steps in the tutorial below:

  1. Scroll down and look for the Tracify 2.0 API Connection

  2. Click Connect

  3. Select the ad account for which you want to receive Tracify data. Important: You must request a separate connection for each ad account. If you have multiple ad accounts, you need to repeat this process for each one.

  4. Click Connect

  5. Enter your email and password from Tracify in the corresponding fields (required for authentication with the Tracify API)

    1. Important: Your password is encrypted with SHA-256 before being sent or stored. This means we never see or store your actual password—only an irreversible hash. Even we cannot decrypt or recover the original password.

  6. Enter the CSID and Preset ID into the corresponding fields (instructions for locating them in the Tracify dashboard are provided further below).

  7. Click Finish Setup

  8. Once you see Connection Successful, you’re done. We will immediately start loading the data in the background, so you should see it in DatAds within the next 2–3 hours.

Find CSID in Tracify Dashboard

  • Open dashboard: https://dashboard.tracify.ai/login and log-in with credentials

  • Visit Settings > Shopsystem > WooCommerce and copy CSID (the shop system is irrelevant -- the CSID is only shown here)

Find Preset ID in Tracify Dashboard

Migration Guide from Webhook to API

  • For each ad account for which you have a Webhook connection, create a new API integration as described above.

  • Wait until the data from the API integration appears in DatAds. You can tell this has happened when the API connection shows the status “Active” and the “2.0” metrics appear under “Customize Metrics.”

  • In the next step, replace the old Webhook metrics with the 2.0 metrics in all reports, presets, and digest settings. Unfortunately, automation isn’t possible here, since not all Webhook metrics are available in the API.

  • In the final step, you can delete the Webhook in Tracify as well as the old Webhook connection in DatAds.

Integration via Webhook (Deprecated -> Use API Integration instead)

Tutorial

  1. Scroll down and find the Tracify connection

  2. Click connect

  3. Select the ad account you want to get Tracify data for. Important: You need to request a separate connection for each ad account. If you have multiple ad accounts you need to repeat this process for each ad account

  4. Click connect

  5. You will see the webhook url generated by DatAds. Copy this webhook url as you'll need it in the following

Tracify Export

  1. Follow the steps from the Tracify documentation to create a new webhook. Important: Select only the store that contains the data of the ad account you want to enrich. If your store contains multiple ad accounts of multiple platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google), you need to create a new connection in DatAds and new webhook in Tracify for each ad account

  2. Important: Select "Daily Breakdown". Otherwise, the connection will not work.

  3. Select the other settings such as attribution window and attribution model to your needs

  4. In the end your webhook might look similar to this:

  5. Click on "Create" and you're all set! 🎉

  6. Be aware that Tracify will send the data to DatAds only once a day so that it can take up to 1 day until you see your Tracify data in DatAds
