The two most common reasons why your visual assets might not be loading:
You have an AdBlocker activated
In this case: Disable your AdBlocker for DatAds and reload the page.
You are using a VPN connection
Go to your VPN settings and allow downloading of images/videos from DatAds (or disable your VPN completely).
Other reasons if you still not seeing images / videos in DatAds
If you’re not seeing your images in DatAds, it’s very likely because your Facebook profile (not the ad account) does not have access to the associated Facebook Page of the ad account.
Depending on how your ads are created, images and videos are stored on the linked Facebook Page. If your profile doesn’t have access to that Page, DatAds cannot retrieve the assets — which is why the images or videos are not displayed.
How to fix this
Option 1: The page owner needs to grant your Facebook profile access to the page. Here is a short tutorial:
Option 2: A facebook profile with access to the ad account and page needs to connect the ad account in DatAds.
Just visit "Settings" > "Connection" & click on "Connect".
I have access to the site, but still don't see any pictures
