Integration via API
As of October 29, 2025, we only support integration via the API. If you set up the KLAR integration before October 29, 2025, follow our Migration Guide to switch to the API integration. To create a new KLAR connection, follow the steps below:
Navigate to https://app.datads.io/settings/connections
Scroll down and look for the KLAR API Connector
Click Connect
Select the ad account for which you want to receive KLAR data. Important: You must request a separate connection for each ad account. If you have multiple ad accounts, you need to repeat this process for each one.
Click Connect
Enter the store name that contains the attribution data for the ads from the previously selected ad account, as well as the API key for the corresponding store, into the appropriate fields.
You can find this information in the store settings within the KLAR interface (Link)
Select the attribution model and attribution window you want to view in DatAds.
Due to limitations in the API, a maximum of 6 combinations can be selected (e.g., 2 attribution models and 3 attribution windows).
Click Finish Setup
Once you see Connection Successful, you’re done. We will immediately start loading the data in the background, so you should see it in DatAds within the next 2–3 hours.
Migration Guide to KLAR API
For each ad account for which you have a KLAR connection, create a new API integration as described above.
Wait until the data from the API integration appears in DatAds. You can tell this has happened when the API connection shows the status “Active” and the new metrics appear under “Customize Metrics.”
In the next step, replace the old metrics with the new metrics in all reports, presets, and digest settings. Unfortunately, automation isn’t possible here, because the metrics differ between the API and the old connection.
In the final step, you can delete the old KLAR connection in DatAds.
Integration via Manual Setup (Deprecated -> Use API Integration instead)

Navigate to https://app.datads.io/settings/connections
Scroll down and find the getKLAR connection
Click connect
Select the ad account you want to get getKLAR data for. Important: You need to request a separate connection for each ad account. If you have multiple ad accounts you need to repeat this process for each ad account
Click connect
Provide your getKLAR store name, that contains the ad account you selected in the previous step
Click Finish setup
Wait until you are redirected. This might take a few seconds as we need to setup the infrastructure and notify the getKLAR team about your request
If you see "Connection successful" your job is done. Important: It might take a few days until you see your data in DatAds, because the getKLAR team will setup the connection manually for each ad account. We will reach out to you once the data is available
