Changes
ℹ️ Existing plans are not affected, but you are always allowed to switch to one of the new plans
We are moving from 3 plans (Lite, Regular, Pro) to 2 plans (Lite, Regular) to better align customer-value and prices
We are introducing overage-fees (0,20€ per additional creative in the Lite plan, 0,25€ per additional creative in the Regular plan) respecting the increased costs for AI-based analysis and allowing preventing heavy price jumps on tiny creative overusage
We are moving many premium features to the Lite plan enabling all reporting functionalities in every plan. The following features are now available in all plans: Inspiration Boards, Launch Reports, Testing Log Reports, Top Creative Digest, Creative Scores, CSV Export, Tagging, Slack Support, Whatsapp Support
To align with the higher value and higher costs, the following features are only available in the Regular plan: Ad-Deconstruction, Video-Transcription, AI-Workflows, 3rd Party Attribution Integrations, Data Warehouse Connections
We slightly adjust the usage limits per plan based on actual product usage. The Lite plan now includes 1 client, 3 ad-accounts, 5 members (20€ per additional), 300 creatives (0,20€ per additional). The regular plan now includes 10 clients, 30 ad-accounts, 10 members (20€ per additional), 1000 creatives (0,25€ per additional)
How are Creative Overage Fees calculated?
Let's say you're on the Lite plan, where you have 300 creatives per month included
Let's say this months you are scaling well and run 500 creatives
In this case you have 500 - 300 = 200 creatives in overage
For the Lite plan there is an overage fee of 0,20€ per additional creative
Thus, you are paying an additional 200 * 0,20€ = 40€ for this month
What exactly is a creative?
A creative is a unique image/video used in your ad
If you duplicate an ad, the duplicate will not count as a new creative
Where can I see my current month's usage?
You can visit https://app.datads.io/settings/usage and find the current month usage as well as the creatives over time
I am seeing an Overage Message, what can I do?
You are on an old legacy plan without overages possible
On the old plans creative limits were a hard limit meaning DatAds stops loading any more data when you reach your monthly limit
To resolve this, you need to switch to a new plan via "Settings" > "Billing" and select a new plan. In the new plans, we have flexible limits and apply a small overage fee for the number of creatives over the limit
